This Privacy Policy describes how Bancoresy Technology (Zhejiang) Co. , Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, protects and shares information when you use our SP-API application and visit our website. This policy complies with Amazon Selling Partner Data Protection Policy (DPP).
1. Information We Receive
We receive Amazon seller business data only after the seller explicitly authorizes our application via Amazon OAuth authorization. The data includes: product listing data, inventory data, order information, pricing data, and financial accounting data. We do NOT request or collect buyer PII (Personally Identifiable Information), as we select no PII access in SP-API restricted data token configuration.
2. How We Use The Data
The authorized seller data is ONLY used to provide the integration service for the authorized Amazon seller:
- Synchronize product, inventory, order and financial data to seller's internal system
- Support automated pricing management for seller’s Amazon store
- Generate sales and financial reconciliation reports for the authorized seller
We will NOT sell, rent, share or disclose seller’s Amazon data to any third parties, except required by law or court order.
3. Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard security controls to protect seller data. Data is stored in encrypted servers, access is limited to authorized staff only. When the seller revokes authorization, we will stop accessing Amazon data and delete relevant seller data within 30 days.
4. Your Rights
Amazon sellers may revoke our application authorization at any time in Amazon Seller Central. Once revoked, we will no longer pull your store data.
